Returns

We hope you fall in love with your shoes the moment they arrive. However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

You may return your shoes within 14 days of purchase for a refund, provided they meet the conditions below:

Shoes must be unused and in perfect condition. 

Shoes must be returned in their original packaging with all protective materials included.

Tried on indoors only.

We kindly ask that you take care when trying on your shoes, as any marks or signs of wear may result in your return being declined.

Return process: 
To start your return, please contact us at customerservice@shoeobsession.shop with your order number. We will provide you with instructions to return your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

It you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours
